Who is responsible

This website is operated by Marco Restifo Pecorella (trading as Marco Restif). For any question about your data, write to hello@marcorestif.dev.

What is collected

• Contact and booking forms. Name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, budget and timeline (optional) and your message. This information is stored in a database hosted by Google Firebase so that I can reply and prepare a proposal.
• Technical data. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp) for security and debugging for a limited period.

There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Why it is processed

Form data is processed to answer your request and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a contract (pre-contractual measures). Server logs are processed in the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure.

How long it is kept

Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you ask for deletion. Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider.

Who receives it

Data is stored with Google (Firebase) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Email notifications may be sent through a transactional email provider. If you book a time slot, the scheduling tool you are redirected to has its own privacy policy. No data is sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data at any time by emailing hello@marcorestif.dev. If you are in the EU you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
